By downloading, accessing, or using Bayadly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Bayadly
Bayadly is a local mobile app designed to help users organize payment-related records, including payables, receivables, balances, and settlement history.
Bayadly stores user-created records locally on the user’s device. Bayadly does not require online account registration, does not provide cloud sync, and does not upload your records to TipidMate servers.
2. Local Use Only
Bayadly is designed for local recordkeeping. You are responsible for the records you create, edit, delete, or manage inside the app. TipidMate does not access, verify, back up, or recover your local records.
3. PIN Protection
Bayadly may allow or require you to set up a PIN to protect access to the app. You are responsible for remembering your PIN and keeping your device secure.
TipidMate does not collect, store, know, or recover your PIN. If you forget your PIN, you may need to reset the app, clear local app data, or reinstall the app. This may permanently delete your locally stored records.
4. User-Entered Records
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records, managing your own payables and receivables, verifying your own balances, backing up any information you consider important, deleting records you no longer need, and making decisions based on your own verification.
Bayadly does not guarantee that user-entered records are complete, accurate, updated, or suitable for financial, accounting, legal, or tax purposes.
5. No Financial Services
Bayadly is not a financial institution. Bayadly does not provide banking services, loans, credit products, money transfers, remittance services, investment services, insurance services, wallet services, payment processing, debt collection services, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
The app is intended only to help users organize and track their own payment-related information.
6. No Online Account
Bayadly does not currently provide online account registration. Because there is no online account, TipidMate does not maintain a user account database for Bayadly users.
If future versions introduce account creation, cloud sync, or online backup, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated.
7. App Availability and Device Responsibility
Bayadly is installed and used on your own device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, maintaining enough storage, managing app permissions, managing device backups, protecting your phone from unauthorized access, and updating the app when updates are available.
TipidMate is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, uninstalling the app, clearing local storage, forgotten PINs, operating system issues, or user action.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bayadly to violate any law or regulation, record false or fraudulent information, use the app for illegal lending, fraud, harassment, or unlawful collection activity, attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the app, or interfere with the app’s security or functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bayadly and TipidMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes loss of local records, forgotten PINs, deleted app data, incorrect user-entered records, missed payments, disputes between users and third parties, financial decisions made based on app records, app errors, bugs, or device issues.
10. No Warranty
Bayadly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will meet all your requirements, be free from errors, keep local records recoverable, recover your PIN, or be suitable for regulated financial, accounting, legal, or tax purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
Bayadly, including its name, design, logo, features, interface, and content, is owned by or licensed to TipidMate. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bayadly after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
