Bayadly is a local payment record and balance tracking app created by TipidMate. This Privacy Policy explains how Bayadly handles information when you use the app.
1. No Account Registration
Bayadly does not require users to create an online account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, mobile number, or password to start using the app.
To use Bayadly, you only need to set up a local PIN on your device. This PIN is used to help protect access to the app on your own device.
2. Local Data Storage
Any records you create in Bayadly are stored locally on your device. This may include records such as:
- Payables
- Receivables
- Balance records
- Payment-related notes
- Settlement status
- Dates and descriptions you enter
- Other records you manually create inside the app
These records are not uploaded to TipidMate servers. The app creator does not have access to the records you save in Bayadly.
3. PIN Protection
Bayadly may ask you to set up a PIN to protect access to the app. Your PIN is used locally on your device. TipidMate does not collect, know, store, or recover your PIN.
If you forget your PIN, you may need to reset the app or clear the app’s local data, depending on the available app settings and your device.
4. No Personal Data Collection by the App Creator
TipidMate does not collect or store the following from Bayadly users:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Online account credentials
- Payment records
- Payables or receivables
- Balance information
- Settlement history
- User-entered notes
- PIN
Bayadly is intended to work locally on your device without sending your user-created records to the app creator.
5. Internet and Third-Party Services
Bayadly is intended to function as a local recordkeeping app. If future versions of the app use optional services such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud backup, login, or synchronization, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
At this time, Bayadly does not provide cloud sync, account registration, or online backup features.
6. Financial Information Disclaimer
Bayadly is a recordkeeping and tracking tool only. Bayadly does not provide banking services, lending services, credit products, money transfer services, remittance services, investment services, wallet services, payment processing services, debt collection services, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
Any payment-related records entered in Bayadly are created and managed by the user for personal tracking and organization purposes only.
7. Data Deletion
Because Bayadly stores records locally on your device, you can delete your data by deleting records inside the app, resetting the app if available, or clearing the app’s local data from your device settings.
You may also uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to how your device operating system manages app storage and backups.

8. Device Backups
Depending on your device settings, your phone or operating system may create device-level backups. These backups are controlled by your device, operating system, or backup provider, not by TipidMate.
Please check your device backup settings if you want to manage whether app data is included in device backups.

Bayadly is not intended for children under the age of 18. The app is designed for users who need to organize payment-related records for personal or business tracking purposes.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Bayadly’s features, data handling practices, or legal requirements change. If we introduce features that collect or transmit user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
